President Emelia Sherin
Emelia Sherin is a Warren native who has been professionally choreographing and performing for 10 years. Sherin currently coaches the Howland Speech and Debate team and runs the education departments of Stambaugh Auditorium, Opera Western Reserve, DeYor, Youngstown Symphony Orchestra, and The Youngstown Playhouse. She sailed the seas and worked for Disney Cruise Lines as a dancer and actress. Once she returned to land, she attended Kent State University and earned her degree in Public Relations with minors in Dance Studies and Theatre Management. During her time in college, she created and co-wrote a play about addiction called, (In)Dependent, and created the sexual violence and misconduct prevention program, Lights On, for youth and community theatre. She is also a certified Intimacy Designer/Choreographer.

Vice President Harmon Andrews
Harmon R. Andrews is a teaching artist at Cleveland Playhouse and the current Vice President of Hart's School of Performing Arts. In his free time, Harmon enjoys working on theatre in all aspects, including both onstage and offstage. He enjoys working with organizations in order to give the next generation of artists an outlet for their own unique creativity.

Secretary Kelly Sullivan
A native of Youngstown's West Side, Kelly Sullivan has worked as a theatre professional and Arts Administrator for nearly a decade, spending much of that time working for Off-Broadway non-profit theatres in New York City, including the Pershing Square Signature Center and the Sheen Center for Thought and Culture. Through her time with these theatres, Ms. Sullivan had the pleasure of working with many theatre companies, including, the Tectonic Theatre Project, The New Group, and the Atlantic Theatre Company. Currently, Ms. Sullivan is the Artistic Services Manager for Stambaugh Auditorium in Youngstown, working closely with its managing partners; Opera Western Reserve, The Youngstown Symphony Orchestra, and the Youngstown Playhouse. Kelly holds her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre and a Master of Business Administration, both from Youngstown State University.

Treasurer McKenna Lago
McKenna Lago is a senior at Youngstown State University, majoring in psychology. She has been an active participant in the local community theatre scene, performing in various theaters in Mahoning and Trumbull County. She has recently expanded her love of performing into improv comedy, having joined The Dinner Theatre Rejects, Youngstown's premier improv group. Having grown up in the space, McKenna wanted to take a peek behind the curtain and be involved in the local theatre organizations themselves, so she was proud to join the Hart's Performing Arts team! She believes that providing safe, comfortable spaces for kids to build on their skills and confidence is a must for any community.

Professor Eric Kildow
Eric is a Theatre Director, Dramaturg, and Somatics practitioner. As an artist he brings an enthusiastic theatricality and strong collaborative spirit to his work. Strongly influenced by clowning and physical theatre work, he engages his collaborators to unlock not only the text's but also their own potential. He currently serves as Associate Professor of Theatre and Program Director for Kent State University at Trumbull.
As a director, Eric focuses on the development of new plays and the exploration of established texts. He is deeply interested in new works for diverse voices and multidisciplinary approaches. Recent projects include The Impracticality of Modern-Day Mastodons (Kent Trumbull Theatre), Is This Entertainment?! (Blank Canvas Theatre), The Voight-Kampff Machine on the Edge of Tomorrow (Middle American Theatre Conference), and Turn Right/Turn Left: A Manual for the End of the World (Loitering With Intent Theatre Company & Kommando Barbara). He has directed in various places including Ohio, Georgia, North Carolina, and Germany.
As a dramaturg, Eric seeks to illuminate and develop new works as well as interrogating classics to reach new audiences. Working as a production dramaturg or script consultant, Eric seeks to function as an advocate for the script itself. Projects include ASYLUM with Only Child Aerial Theatre, projects with Loitering With Intent Theatre out of London, and numerous readings with the Mid-American Theatre Conference and Sips & Scripts New Play Reading Series.
As an educator, Eric combines the study of acting and directing with somatic work to prepare students for a changing theatrical landscape. He has taught or lectured in throughout United States, Czech Republic, Ireland, Thailand. He is also a certified teacher of the Alexander Technique, which he teaches privately as well as integrating it into his work.

Executive Artistic Director, Shiloh Hart
Shiloh Hart is a Youngstown native returning after 16 years away. She graduated from Firestone Academy of The Arts with her Visual and Performing Arts diploma at just 18 years old. At 21, Hart wrote, and demo recorded "All Over" with Grammy nominated songwriter Jan Buckingham. She was at this time signed under the Jason Wyatt Production Company out of Nashville, TN. Upon having her children, she moved back to Ohio to be closer to her family. She signed on to Cmore5 Productions, where she continued as a lead studio vocalist, saxophonist, pianist, and composer. Moving back to the Youngstown area officially during 2021, she noticed a lack of youth art education and opened Hart's School of Performing Arts in Warren, Ohio. Her most recent stage work was in RENT at Powers Auditorium, where she graced the stage as Maureen Johnson under the direction of Matthew Mazuroski and the music direction of Michael J. Moritz Jr.
